Codete is a software company based in Poland that specialises in custom software development and IT consulting. Codete operate globally in a variety of industries such as fintech, healthtech, e-commerce and retail, advertising, hospitality, automotive – and beyond.

THE CHALLENGE

Codete was at a turning point. Rapid team growth (over 50% in a short time), European expansion, and evolving offerings made their existing brand feel outdated. They needed a fresh identity to attract modern tech talent and foster a sense of community, all while positioning themselves as a hub for innovation.

The challenge? Balancing reinvention with a decade of brand equity. Their well-recognized logo, built through years of investment and visibility, had to evolve without losing the trust and recognition they’d worked so hard to establish.

THE SOLUTION

Codete’s rebranding was guided by the belief that Together, we’re building the best place to work. I had the privilege of leading a talented team of designers, writers, and communication experts through a over a year process to refresh the brand. We approached the project with clear goals, grounded in Codete’s mission to foster creativity, fun, and community while staying aligned with their business ambitions.

Our process included redefining Codete’s visual identity with a new color palette, typography system, photography guidelines, and graphic elements, ensuring they reflected the vibrant and modern brand Codete aspired to be. We worked to unify and stylize the brand into a cohesive system, one that could scale effortlessly across platforms and strengthen its presence in the tech ecosystem.

This rebranding wasn’t just about visuals - it was about capturing Codete’s innovative spirit and people-first values. I’m incredibly grateful to everyone who contributed to this journey.
